Bringing the Mountains to Life

Heading into winter ‘22-23 Alterra Mountain Co. was in need of a high-touch film to authentically bring the Alterra employee experience and career arc to life, with the goal of helping recruit top talent across roles the company’s 17 ski resorts and Denver HQ. I drove the project from development to pre-pro to multiple on-location mountain shoots and final post-production.
